Terms and Conditions

Online returns:

Customers may request an online return through the contacts page of the website and state their request as well as the reason for their online return. It will then be up to the sellers discretion to approve or disapprove of the online return request. Upon approval, customers will be required to mail product back via post using the return shipping information provided on either the parcel or on the invoicing provided via email. It is the customers responsibility to pay for postage back to seller. Once the swapped item is fulfilled, the company will pay for the postage fee back to the customer along with a tracking number. 

Refund Policy:

Customers may request a refund within the first 30 days of purchasing. Refunds can be requested via direct email at kitanacojewellery@gmail.com, with which the seller will respond within 2-3 days. Within the request form, it is advised that the customer include photo proof of dissatisfaction with the product and please title the subject of the email as "REFUND REQUEST - NAME OF CUSTOMER". Customers are able to request a refund under the following reasons:

  1. Product is faulty and non-returnable
  2. Dissatisfaction with the product 
  3. Wrong item delivered
  4. Late postage arrival
  5. Damaged during shipping process

Other reasons may be considered if described in detail to seller via email. 

Store Credit:

Currently, store credit cannot be rewarded as an alternative for online returns or refunds.
